Easy Asparagus Recipes

1. Asparagus skillet

Ingredients:

Directions:  Cut the steak into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add Olive Oil, garlic and steak pieces. Sauté the steak for about 7-10 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove steak from the skillet. Add medium chopped sweet potatoes, asparagus and water. Season with sea salt, finely ground black pepper.  Cook for about 7-10 minutes or until the sweet potato and asparagus is cooked.
Add steak back into skillet and serve.  Top with parmesan cheese

2. Roasted Asparagus

Place asparagus on a sheet pan.  Coat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Optional:  sprinkle with Italian seasoning, mozzarella or parmesan cheese.  

3. Grilled Lemon Asparagus

In a dish, toss asparagus with melted butter, a pinch or two of salt and lemon pepper. Grill, turning occasionally until grill marks appear, about 2-4 minutes.
