Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole Recipe
1lb meat (bacon, sausage, etc)
1 onion
2 bell peppers
12 eggs
1 c milk
1 bag (16oz) of frozen hash browns
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 toothpick dill essential oil or 1/4 tsp dill herb
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain bacon. Crumble bacon and set aside. Saute onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl. Fold hash browns, Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, dill, onion mixture, and crumbled bacon into egg mixture; transfer to baking dish. Bake casserole in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
