Cinnamon Peanut Butter Granola Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
1–2 apples
½ cup natural peanut butter (amazon link)
½ cup granola (amazon link)
1 drop Cinnamon Bark oil (how to buy my favorite eo’s)

Instructions
Core the apple and slice it horizontally to make the sandwich.  Mix remaining ingredients and spread between the sliced apple or use it as a dip.

To keep the apples from turning brown, soak them in water and 2 drops of lemon essential oil for 15 minutes after slicing.

Oats or crushed cereal can be used in place of granola.
Wild Orange or Cassia can be used in place of cinnamon.
Hummus can be used in place of PB.
