- 4 tbsp package cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tsp dill or 2 drops dill essential oil
- 1 cucumber
- Parsley and black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pepper, chives, and dill. Mix well and set aside.
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise, remove the seeds and fill each cucumber half with your mixture.
Then cut again in 1″ chunks.
Top with parsley and black pepper (optional)
