Immune Boosting Smoothie with Essential Oils

This immune boosting smoothie is a tasty way to boost the immune.

When my family is under the weather we boost our immune with vitamins, probiotics, and essential oils. I also love smoothies so I like to make healthy smoothies to help us get well quicker.  Here’s one variation of our immune boosting smoothie.   It’s quite tasty and sweet without sugar additives.
immune boosting smoothie
1 c pineapple juice
1/2 c carrots
Juice from 2 oranges or 3 drops orange essential oil
1 drop each clove & ginger essential oil (optional)
Directions:  Peel carrots if needed. Blend or juice all ingredients and pour over crushed ice.
