Sausage and Potatoes One Dish Meal
1 lb smoked sausage (meat of your choice)
2 tbsp butter
1 green pepper
1 drop thyme essential oil or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 c water
Directions: Cube meat and potatoes. Dice up veggies. Add everything to a skillet. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Serve up and enjoy!
