What is the ratio of dishwashing detergent to water? (or total volume?). Does the mixture have to go in a glass bottle?

Just a tsp in 32oz. Enough to make the mixture stick better to the plants. No a glass bottle isn't required as long as you have higher quality plastic. Number 1 or 2.
