Rice and smoked sausage recipe:
1 green pepper
1 lb smoked sausage
2 cups rice (we like jasmine)
Dice up your onion, pepper and sausage. Fry it up.
I personally don’t use oil for this dish. The juices from the onion and meat are enough to keep it from burning.
Scramble an egg in your fried sausage pan.
Once egg is scrambled, mix everything together in one dish. This is a family favorite in my house. Let me know how you like it.
