As a homeschool family, we enjoy participating in our local Classical Conversations community.  Classical Conversations supports homeschooling parents by cultivating the love of learning through a Christian worldview in fellowship with other families. Below is our daily planner for Classical Conversations Cycle 1 Week 21.  We supplement this curriculum with Math and Language Arts.

Day 1:  Attend CC campus
Day 2:

• Bible – Exodus 20:1-17
  • Handmotions Video
• History – Recite x3: Tell me about the exploration of Canada
  • Book: Samuel de Champlain  or
  • Canadian Exploration
• Timeline – Review timeline cards (pick a card and read the back or recite an interesting fact to your child)
• Latin – Recite 4th Declension Noun Endings x3
  • Video: 1st – 5th Declension Song
• Science – Recite x3: What are five circles of latitude?
  • Activity:  Minibook

Day 3:

• Timeline – Watch timeline video from RafikiPaka on CC Connected x3
• English – Recite x3:  Linking Verb definition

• Math – Recite x3:  The Associative Law for Addition & Multiplication
  • Worksheet
• Geography – Canadian Waters: Great Bear Lake, Great Slave Lake, Hudson Bay, Baffin Bay, Labrador Sea
