Winter Diffuser Blends

We love diffusing essential oil blends especially in the winter months.  We live in a cold winter climate so essential oils help us boost our immune, clean the air and lift our mood naturally.  Plus it smells so good.  Your house will smell yummy and benefit your health at the same time.  Here’s some of my favorite winter diffuser blend recipes.
Winter Tea

• 1 drop orange essential oil
• 1 drop cardamom essential oil
• 1 drop cinnamon essential oil
• 1 drop clove essential oil

Gift of the Magi

• 2 drops frankincense essential oil
• 2 drops myrrh essential oil
• 2 drops orange essential oil

Christmas Tree

• 1 drop cinnamon essential oil
• 2 drops douglas fir essential oil
• 2 drops white fir essential oil

Immune Booster

• 1 drop cinnamon essential oil
• 1 drop oregano essential oil
• 1 drop orange essential oil
• 1 drop clove essential oil
• 1 drop rosemary essential oil

Beat the Blues

• 1 drop cypress essential oil
• 1 drop bergamot essential oil
• 1 drop ylang ylang essential oil
• 1 drop frankincense essential oil

Breathe Easy

• 2 drops peppermint essential oil
• 2 drops lavender essential oil
• 2 drops cardamom essential oil

Fresh and Clean

• 2 drops lemon essential oil
• 2 drops lime essential oil
• 2 drops rosemary essential oil

Silent Night

• 2 drops roman chamomile essential oil
• 1 drop orange essential oil
• 2 drops lavender essential oil
